After completing his first contract years ago, Dr. Juan Avila made the decision to return to the company — and today he has officially started his SECOND contract onboard.

I also want to thank him for the warm welcome during my recent visit onboard. It was truly nice seeing him again and hearing more about his journey at sea. 💙

Working onboard comes with challenges, growth, and constant learning, and every experience becomes part of building a stronger professional path.

I’m genuinely excited to see everything this new chapter will bring for him, and I’m confident that his dedication and perseverance will continue opening new opportunities along the way. ✨🌊

One contract turned into a journey around the world. 🌎⚓✨

She started her cruise career on Celebrity Solstice, continued on Celebrity Apex, and now on her SECOND contract onboard Quantum of the Seas.

Along the way, she has:
✨ Crossed both the Pacific & Atlantic Oceans
✨ Visited 15+ countries
✨ Gained international nursing experience
✨ Continued doing what she truly loves

When I checked in with her, she told me:

"Everything is going super well. Honestly, I'm so happy to be working here."

And honestly, she deserves every bit of it. 💙
