You are invited to Kundalini Yoga this morning at 10 a.m. We can give the world no greater gift than the best expression of ourselves. When we create peace within, we contribute peace throughout our family, our community, and all of life.

In this session, we will practice Kriya for Keep Up Spirit - because we all need support in cultivating our inner strength and tranquility to help us move through any block and respond to any challenge.

All levels class. No experience is necessary.
