Costa Rica surfing ….. some of the best This is one my surf lessons in Uvita. During the Myotherapy retreats we have two full days free for excursions or surf lessons and one day we take a group hike to a local waterfall. Lots of time to relax or adventure 🏄‍♀️ 🌊

Costa Rica ….. 🇨🇷 on my mind and all the delicious fruit. Upcoming Retreat Healing for the Healer Myotherapy 24 CE Retreat August 6-13. This is me after I used my machete 💪 to chop my own bananas from one of my many fruit trees in Playa Hermosa. So much delicious fruit and produce is found at farmers markets like this one in San Isidro. It’s one of the largest farmers markets in all of Central America. One of the things I miss when I’m not in Costa Rica are plátanos con natilla 😋 and there’s mamones y pejibaye……
