Should I be over my accident?

This is not about my sister. This is a decision that I need to make should I continue helping people? My answer is yes.

Has anyone ever been told to just get over their trauma? If so, did you get over it? What helped?

Learning Japanese just because I can because I healed who I was . I move slower. I am more focused.
I am so secure in who I am because I can carry myself. I healed my nervous system. Extremely protective of me and my mindset.
