Happy new patch of katuk and okinawa spinach from cuttings soaked in water a couple weeks for roots n leaves to get started. I'm excited to watch them grow... and become salads.

Simple yet spectacular bowl of papaya, kit mango, pineapple, and water apple chunks. Typical fruit from the grocery store wouldn't be nearly as delicious, but with local, organic, perfectly ripe ingredients, this is an explosion of fantastic flavors! 💥🍍🥭🍎😋

Thank you, Nature! We are so blessed to live on this wonderful planet. I am grateful for all the places where nature remains undisturbed by human civilization, where the wild things are, where we can rewild ourselves. May we learn from these places and restore our habitats to diverse and thriving ecosystems. May all beings be healthy, happy, and free!

Fruitastic papaya bowls filled with banana-cacao smoothie, topped with blueberries, dried coconut flakes, and maracuyá (sour passion fruit). Lunch is served.

Wild papayas!! It's quite a surprise to find these deep in the jungle! Not much edible endocarp but the stringy stuff right around the seeds is yummy enough to slurp down with seeds intact. Mission accomplished by the tree!
