Something new has quietly been taking shape behind the scenes.
Over the last few years, through personal transformation, client work, nervous system healing, and a lot of honest observation, I began noticing recurring patterns in how people experience burnout, disconnection, overwhelm, and that subtle feeling that something just feels… off.
What emerged from that eventually became Six Point Life — a grounded framework for understanding life as an interconnected system.
It explores concepts like:
• Wobbles — the quiet instability we feel when something is out of alignment
• Life Leaks — the small areas that slowly drain our energy, clarity, and steadiness over time
This isn’t about hype, perfection, or forcing massive change.
It’s about awareness.
Honesty.
Small shifts.
And learning how to work with ourselves instead of against ourselves.
And no — despite my past work in psychedelic spaces, this framework has nothing to do with psychedelics. 😄
