WHAT IS REAL FORGIVENESS?

One of the hardest situations for you to deal with professionally is when people who are important in your business or career, blame you for something that you feel was not your fault.😬

Yet to manifest abundance in this area of your life, you must forgive.

I would love to share with you right now one of my favourite therapies to help with this! It’s called ho’oponopono.

You just need to recite the following to get the benefits:

I am sorry
Please forgive me
I love you💕
Thank you👐

Repeat as many times as you want until you feel that the frustration and anger have been dispelled.

You then realise that whether it is you that should be saying sorry, or them, it doesn’t matter!!

Just let go.🙇

And live your life freely.
