We have to become aware of the patterns that keep us small, meet our edge, and choose to move through it anyway. This death and rebirth process can be painful, but on the other side is a beautiful becoming. Being witnessed in sacred sisterhood has been one of the greatest gifts of this journey.

crossing the threshold of transfiguration

a year ago, Spirit spoke to me and told me to work with my womb. and when she felt fully heard, i was approached again and told to sit with the wombs of my sisters and hold them with my hands

i had no idea what that even meant or what it could possibly look like

but when a profound message such as that comes through, the only thing to do is listen, trust, and follow the unfolding

i stepped on the path with courage and curiosity

first into the world of somatic womb clearing, and then into the practice of mayan abdominal massage. and deeper still into the mystery of what it means to be in relation with the voice of the womb

this new iteration of myself was born through motherhood
but she is being shaped by something greater
a devotion to the legacy i will leave for the future matriarch within me
a path that requires great care and responsibility

it did not happen overnight
it was a conscious refinement of my physical vessel. a clearing and opening of my channel. the willingness to allow my body to hold and reflect more light

from there, i was gifted the capacity to step into the unknown of what was to come and be continually mystified by the voice of Spirit ~ or perhaps even more profoundly, the voice of my womb

all of these shifts, one year later, have activated a transfiguration within

a change of form or shape
metamorphosis
a mystic in bloom

slowly making my way out of the deep integration bubble of the Wisdom in Her Bones training

the time is nearing to bring full embodiment to all of the incredible womb work i have been practicing over these last several months

and how deeply needed it is in this moment to elevate the healing, remembrance, and sovereignty of the feminine collective

it has been an incredible honor to sit at the feet of and .mama and learn not only an ancestral modality for feminine healing but to awaken primal and ancestral memory from the depths of MY being ~ reclaiming a remembrance of wisdom, power, and devotion that has always lived within

with integrity, reverence, and humility, i courageously take hold of the torch and carry this medicine forward to the wombs of the daughters who find their way to my hands
