Benlian Basmati Rice, the perfect side dish for meat, fish, vegetables… whatever your choice may be! 🍚
Gluten-free! It provides long-lasting energy and since it belongs to the group of aromatic rice varieties, every bite is a true explosion of flavor. With less starch compared to other types of rice, it’s easier to digest! 💪
🥄 Preparation:
After rinsing the rice well with cold water at least three times, add salt to taste and place it on high heat (induction setting 9) until it boils. Once it starts boiling, lower the heat to medium (setting 5) and cook for 15 minutes with the lid on. It’s very important not to lift the lid during the entire process to prevent moisture and steam from escaping — that’s how you get fluffy grains and avoid sticky rice.
When it’s done cooking, leave it covered for another 10 minutes, then it’s ready to serve. Enjoy! 🍙
