SOUP AND CRUSTY BREAD 7-45 pm till 8-30 pm
8-30 pm till 9-30 pm any mini treatment of your choice with Lyn can do a maximum of 4 treatments free of charge each week ...

Relaxation is this evening at 7-15 pm for 7-30 prompt start .... start off the week with deep relaxation and a wee cuppa to follow also any healing required is free of charge ... reiki ... ultrasound and IF treatment (like tens) .... see you tonight

Monday 29 th Jan relaxation and meditation is 7-15-pm for 7-30 pm start .. this week we have a few new people and I think we will have a lovely evening ... we will have healing sessions after a cuppa and during...
