September is here, and for many of us, it means going back to work, school routines, and a busier pace of life. The question is: what energy do you bring into this transition? 🌿
Here’s how “back to work” might sound at different levels of energy:
1️⃣ “This is too much, I’ll never catch up.” (overwhelm, victim)
2️⃣ “I hate going back to work, but I have to push through.” (anger, resistance, force, stress)
3️⃣ “It’s okay, I’ll manage somehow.” (coping, responsibility, tolerating)
4️⃣ “I need to work — my company needs me, and I need the finances to support my family.” (service , caring for others)
5️⃣ “I feel fresh and motivated to grow, expand, and contribute to my and my company’s success. I’m curious about the opportunities ahead.” (possibility, growth, peace, acceptance)
6️⃣ “I feel connected and inspired. What I do brings me joy, and I can’t wait to create and innovate.” (joy, creativity, inspiration, flow)
7️⃣ “Going back to work feels like play. Work = game, and I’m excited for whatever experiences come.” (non - judgment)
