Have you ever stood at the edge of a lake and watched the surface move?

The wind stirs it. A passing boat disturbs it. Rain breaks it into a thousand tiny circles. The surface is always in motion, always reacting, always reflecting whatever the world throws at it.

But beneath all of that, the water is perfectly still.

You are the lake.

The surface, that is your mind. Your thoughts, your worries, your memories, the stories you carry about who you are and what has happened to you. They ripple and rise and sometimes feel like storms. And for most of us, we have spent our entire lives believing we are that surface, believing the turbulence is who we are.

But it never was.

Beneath every fear, beneath every wound, beneath every heavy story the body learned to hold, there is a place in you that has never been disturbed. A stillness so deep, so ancient, so completely yours, that no storm has ever reached it.

Healing is not about calming the surface. It is about remembering the depth.

When we work together, whether through the gentle conversation of your chakras or the sacred journey of your soul, we are not fixing anything. We are simply returning your awareness to what was always there, waiting, patient, unchanged.

The stillness beneath the lake.
