Key Responsibilities
•Primary role: Social Media Management
•Content creation (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc)
•Reply to direct messages on various pages
•Content Scheduling and Posting
Secondary Supportive role: Marketing Assistant
•Prepare and coordinate all marketing materials for the local clinics, international conferences and workshops (print, digital, video)
•Collaborate with designers and vendors for clinic leaflets, patient materials, and educational brochures
•Update and manage website content
•Coordinate newsletter and email marketing campaigns
•Manage and organize the logistics of marketing assets before and during conferences
Requirements
•Social Media Experience (this job involves a lot of content creation and posting)
•Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without micro-management
•Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented — you take initiative, not just instructions
•Multilingual (English is a must; Russian or German language is considered a bonus)
•Willing and excited to potentially travel internationally for conferences and workshops
•Passionate about being part of a mission-driven, high-growth medical organization
•Based in Limassol or willing to relocate
•MUST have a permit to work in the EU
