In 2015, he won twice the gold medal for the category of Fitness Model (nabba and wabba). In 2017 he got the second place in ifbb. Stelios Kamposos is also the face of many international campaigns, and appeared in many international fashion and fitness magazines.

He is a great believer that for a symmetrical, proportional, and healthy body, you only need discipline, right exercise and proper diet. The results will surely be outstanding and will last for a lifetime. At the end of the day, fitness is a state of mind and a way of life!
