Yoga ✺ Breathwork ✺ Cacao ✺ Love ✺ Freedom People come into your life at the right time and you often find yourself in the right place (even if it seems random) - there are no mistakes in the universe and there

is a reason why you are reading this page right now. If you want to know who I am professionally the answer would be yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, author and retreat organiser. But if you want to know who I am beneath those titles, the answer would be:

I am a human being, on a spirtual journey - and so are YOU! Depression, severe anxiety, self harming, self sabotage, wanting to end my life... I was 18 years old and totally lost. This is when yoga entered my life and over the next 10 years I have been building myself up. One day at a time, I kept choosing to fight for my life, I looked for light over dark and I'm so grateful that I am still here. Today I teach yoga and breathwork classes, online and in person and organise and run international retreats all over the world. My role is to gently remind you that you are the creator of your life. At any given moment you can rewrite the story, let go of your limited beliefs and choose to let your inner light shine! I look forward to seeing you in class or on a retreat. Much love to you and thank you for being here.

Why December?

December is the month that asks you for one more thing. One more list, one more gathering, one more performance of being fine. You could spend the first week of it doing exactly that. Or you could spend it in the Indian Ocean, in 28 degree water, closing the year in a body that finally feels like yours again.

There is a reason I keep choosing December for this one. You do not go home rested. You go home reset, and then you get to decide what the new year is actually for.

December is the last month of the year, where many of us just wait to wrap it up. I ask, why wait? Why wait for new year to start taking action again? Why not use those last days of the year for transformation, for a reset? Not for closing ourselves to the past year but to prepare ourselves for opening to the new year and the abundance that it holds.

4-11th December, Mafia Island-Tanzania

For one week in April, WE live aboard a yacht moored inside the magical Sataya Dolphin Reef. We wake with the sun on the top deck for yoga, we go into the water twice a day with the dolphins, and in between we learn to freedive. Immy and Joe of Flowstate Freediving teach the water side, and they teach it the way I wish everyone was taught: nothing about depth, nothing about numbers, everything about the feeling.

You will learn how to breathe for a breath hold. How to equalise so your ears stop being the thing that holds you back. How to duck dive so getting below the surface stops being a fight. How to stay calm and regulated under water. How to read a dolphin and approach wildlife in a way that takes nothing from them. There is no qualification at the end of it, and that is on purpose. Nothing to pass. Nothing to achieve.

Is this your week?

It is, if you have never freedived and always wanted to try. If you can swim and you are a little curious, that is genuinely enough. It is, if you have been drawn to the ocean your whole life but never quite made it below the surface. This is the time.

🗓️ Dates: 3-10th April.
📍 Location: Sataya Reef, Egypt

We only have a handful of spots left, if this is calling to you, please reach out and let's make this happen 🩵

I hear you. Let's talk about this honestly.

"I've never done yoga / I'm not flexible enough"
Good. Truly. My retreats are not about how far you can fold yourself in half. They are not for the advanced practitioner looking to perfect their headstand. They are for the person who needs to come home to their body and that person can be a complete beginner. You do not need to be flexible. You need to be willing.

"I'm not spiritual enough"
This one makes me smile every time. Because the people who say this are usually the ones who feel something the deepest. You do not need to believe in anything in particular. You do not need crystals or a meditation practice or the right vocabulary. You just need to be curious. Spirituality on my retreats is not a requirement. It tends to just happen.

"I can't swim"
You don't need to be a strong swimmer. We go into the water with snorkels and fins and you are always supported. The dolphins don't care how well you swim. They come to you. I have watched non-swimmers have the most profound encounters in the water because they surrender completely they have no choice but to trust and surrender is its own kind of magic.

"It feels like a lot of money"
I understand this one completely, and I will not dismiss it. A retreat is an investment - in yourself, in your mental health, in an experience that will stay with you for years. I have had guests tell me two years later that it was the best money they ever spent. Not because it was a holiday, but because something shifted that they had been trying to shift for a long time. That said, if timing or budget is genuinely a concern, reach out. I will always try to find a way.

You don't need to be ready. You just need to take one small step.
And I will meet you there.

In most of the world, whale sharks pass through. You get a window of a few weeks and you hope. Mafia is different. The Rufiji River empties into the channel here and floods it with nutrients, the plankton blooms, and the whale sharks stay. It is one of very few places on earth with a resident population. They are not migrating past. They live here.

So we are not chasing them either. We are going to where they already are, and that changes the entire feeling of the week. It also tells you something about this water. Whale sharks gather where the ocean is still abundant. Where they are thriving, everything underneath them is too.

And that energy is contagious. I can guarantee you, that you yourself will thrive and feel abundant after spending a week in those waters.

There is a version of you, one year from now, floating on an ocean so blue it does not look real.

You are far from your inbox. Far from the noise, the calendar, the person everyone needs you to be. Below you, something enormous and ancient lifts out of the deep, meets your eyes, and decides to stay a while.

A humpback swims thousands of kilometres to arrive in Tonga. It does not happen by accident. She comes to these waters to nurse her babies, to rest, to gather strength in the warm and quiet blue, and then in the middle of November she turns and begins the long crossing to Antarctica.

Nothing in that journey is rushed. All of it is preparation.

That is what booking a year ahead really is. Not a transaction. A turning.

You get twelve months to prepare your body, your breath and your courage. Twelve months of knowing that something extraordinary is already sitting in your calendar, waiting for you.

2027 Tonga Humpback Whale Retreat is now open to booking- 15-21 October 2027.
And I got something special for you- an Earlybird price!

Use code WHALE for 150 euros off your spot!

The whales are here, where are you?

You can’t escape YOU… even in the Maldives 🤣

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve shared what’s going on in my “personal” life. Over the past 3 years I’ve blurred the lines between work, life and pleasure. My retreats became my life. The dolphins, the Red Sea became my home. The guests became what I would see something close to my “children” who I’d nurture and support for a week and then watch them fly and do incredible things once they got home. Many of my customers became friends. Especially the ones who came back the second, third, fourth….even fifth time. My dharma became my sole purpose, and truly I consider myself extremely blessed to have found something so early in my life that both fill my heart and allows me to sustain myself in the 3D world.

I am so grateful for my community and for all the support over the years 🩵

Anyhow, back to my life update! Earlier this year I had plans to move back to Cyprus, I even put down a deposit for a house. I was pretty set on going back to my sunny island life as the need to ROOT became stronger. But the universe guided me in another direction. I didn’t get the house and I ended up selling my apartment in Poland, making me effectively homeless and my sweet dog Coco moving in with my mum. At the same time a man entered my life (entirely from no where yet everything divinely orchestrated to make it happen). His arrival put a big question mark. What do I do now??? Do I continue with my original plan to ROOT or do I pack my life in one suitcase and travel the world with him? Yep.. I chose the latter because the unknown will always help you grow. I let love lead me, even when I don’t have all the answers. So here I am. Parking my desire to ROOT for the dream of a teenage girl who always dreamed of seeing the world, but now with a special someone❤️

I’m struggling to put words into how I’m feeling.
On the one hand SO FU***NG GRATEFUL to be the first in my family to travel to 6 continents before 30, the first in my family to have this much freedom and options… yet there’s another part of me that is afraid. The fear becomes immobilizing at times. And the more I fight it, the bigger it gets. Ive been sitting with this for a week now in the Maldives trying to get to the source of it. Forgetting that feelings are meant to be felt, throughly and through, not understood and suppressed… even in paradise. So here’s my reminder for you: you cannot escape YOU. You, your emotional baggage and fears will follow you… even to the peaceful, tranquil Maldives 🤣 I think I’m finally experiencing what my retreat guests are feeling when they arrive to EXHALE with me and life pauses for a week.

Am I alone in this? Do you resonate? How does it feel for you when you finally slow down and there’s nothing to do but BE? Sending you so many ocean hugs as you navigate whatever chapter you’re in right now.
