Innovation in polyurethane implant technology continues.
At POLYTECH Health & Aesthetics, we believe that progress in breast surgery should be driven by meaningful innovation, robust clinical evidence, high manufacturing standards and a clear commitment to surgeons and patients.
Polyurethane-coated implants remain a clinically differentiated technology in modern breast surgery — particularly in settings where implant stability, tissue integration and long-term outcomes matter.
In our continuous effort for product innovation, our teams across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory and Legal have worked intensively to further strengthen our polyurethane technology platform.
As part of this innovation pathway, POLYTECH has developed a novel manufacturing approach for polyurethane-coated implants and has filed a patent application for this process. The new pathway reflects our commitment to continuously improve technologies that matter in clinical practice.
We have also subjected this pathway to extensive technical and legal review, including dedicated freedom-to-operate assessments by independent external legal and patent counsel. The pathway is currently progressing through the final stages of validation and regulatory processes required prior to implementation.
