What you SEE:

-Dhanurasana - heart lifting, chest opening, spine arching like a bow drawn between strength and surrender.

-A posture that asks for both effort and softness at once.

-Afternoon light spilling through the curtains, shadows stretching across the wooden floor during a golden hour.

What you don’t see:
-the repetition behind the posture.
-the patience of gradual opening.
-the days the body felt heavy and sick.
-the decision of returning anyway.

-The invisible practice hidden inside every visible shape.

What you HEAR:
-my voice through these words,
-and your own inner dialogue responding to what you think this moment means.

What you DON'T hear:

A Monthly Nervous System Regulation Practice

Saturday, May 30 | 11:00–13:00
📍 Prana Wellness Center

We live in a time of constant acceleration, overstimulation, and endless information.
Our bodies and nervous systems are asked to process more and more every day, often without the necessary space for pause, integration, and true rest.

Within this continuous flow, information becomes increasingly fast and superficial, while our deeper connection with the body, the breath, and inner experience gradually begins to fade.

This monthly gathering was created as a reminder to return —
a space for slowing down, releasing, and reconnecting with the body, presence, and our inner rhythm.

A structured practice designed to support nervous system regulation through movement, breath, stillness, and deep rest.

Each session will organically adapt to the needs of the season and the group, combining different tools and practices of body awareness, conscious movement, breathwork, self-care, and inner observation.

The Reset will take place on the last Saturday of each month, as a steady reminder of pause, care, and restoration.

The intention of this practice is to gradually cultivate tools that can support daily life, emotional resilience, and a deeper relationship with the body and nervous system.

No previous experience is needed.

Karmendriyas

In classical Sāṅkhya, perception alone does not bind us.

Bo***ge arises when action unfolds without discrimination.
After understanding the inner instrument,
we now explore the organs through which action enters the world.

The Karmendriyas are not the self,
but instruments of response —
speech, movement, grasping, release, and creation.

This month is not about controlling action,
but about restoring its rightful place
in service of clarity and awareness.

Action guided by Buddhi
moves us closer to freedom.

To those who arrived when the space was quiet,
when the walls were still learning how to listen—
you are not “early.”

You are roots.

You sat on the floor before the floor knew your name,
breathed through silence before it learned to answer back.

Your presence taught the room how to hold.

Now something stirs beneath us.

The skin that once fit
has grown thin with devotion.

We thank it
and we release it.
Because what is coming
needs more room.

This space learned how to breathe
because you were here.

Now the skin grows thin.

Not from damage,
but from growth.

We thank what held us
and step forward together.

More are coming.

The room is listening.
The circle is widening.

💫From sensation to knowing

“Understanding the inner instrument is the key to freedom in Sāṅkhya.”

In classical Sāṅkhya, the question is not:

What exists?

But:

💫How does experience happen?

The answer is:

Not through the senses alone
Not through thought alone
But through an inner mechanism that processes, claims, and judges experience

That mechanism is the Antaḥkaraṇa.

This month, our practice turns inward —
to the subtle architecture through which experience becomes mine.
Understanding the Antaḥkaraṇa is the beginning of freedom in Sāṅkhya.

με σώμα που θυμάται, καρδιά που μαλακώνει
και πνεύμα που οδηγεί ακλονητο.

Ας κινηθούμε μέσα στον χρόνο με παρουσία,
ας σταθούμε όταν χρειάζεται,
κι ας αφεθούμε στη ροή όταν η ζωή μας καλεί.

Ευχή μου η νέα χρονιά να είναι ένας κύκλος επιστροφής
στο σώμα, στην αλήθεια, στη σύνδεση.
