She is trained in many therapies, flower remedies, resonance repatterning, life coaching, women’s groups and more recently Forest school leadership. She loves sacred geometry and her book: “Mandalas for the Soul" is a great self help tool to recalibrate and reboot. And alongside this she has produced a series of videos

which explain further how to use the book and get the juice out of it as a weekly self-therapy. She loves working with people individually on a one on one basis too.

In an attempt to imprint this powerful symbol which has been gifted to us from the 12th dimension by the Melchiezedek Emerald Cloister Order, I know,…… does sound pretty out there. I like to have a go at painting it and reproducing it every so often. Not just meditating with it to bring in 12dm energies, the aim is to totally vibe with it on every level of being to soak into the upgrading of. “DNA” with Kristos energy.
