Εδώ και αρκετό καιρό, επιθυμούσα να εντάξω ακόμη μία εξειδικευμένη τεχνική στη σειρά τεχνικών της Anatripsis Therapy — το Anatripsis Hip Scan.

Μέχρι σήμερα, χρησιμοποιούσα αυτή την τεχνική κυρίως σε πελάτες που αντιμετωπίζουν προβλήματα στα ισχία. Ωστόσο, πιστεύω ότι μπορεί να διαδραματίσει σημαντικό ρόλο και στην πρόληψη και τη συνεχή φροντίδα, συμβάλλοντας στη διατήρηση της καλής κατάστασης των ισχίων.

Από τον Σεπτέμβριο, οι πελάτες που λαμβάνουν τακτικά Anatripsis Therapy θα έχουν περιστασιακά το μέρος της Ρεφλεξολογίας της συνεδρίας τους να αντικαθίσταται από το Anatripsis Hip Scan.

Εάν εντοπίσω περιοχές με περιορισμούς ή μπλοκαρίσματα, θα εντάξω αυτή την επιδέξια τεχνική για τα ισχία στις επόμενες συνεδρίες, μέχρι να επιτευχθεί βελτίωση. Στη συνέχεια, το Hip Scan θα επαναλαμβάνεται περιοδικά ως μέρος της συνεχούς φροντίδας και συντήρησης.

Η πρόληψη είναι πάντα καλύτερη από το να περιμένουμε να εμφανιστεί ένα πρόβλημα.

Καθώς η Anatripsis Therapy συνεχίζει να εξελίσσεται, η προσέγγισή μου παραμένει επικεντρωμένη στη μακροπρόθεσμη ευεξία κάθε πελάτη.

INTRODUCING A NEW ANATRIPSIS THERAPY TECHNIQUE — THE ANATRIPSIS HIP SCAN

For some time, I have wanted to introduce another specialised technique into the Anatripsis Therapy sequence — the Anatripsis Hip Scan.

Until now, I have mainly used this technique with clients experiencing hip problems. However, I believe it can also play an important role in prevention and ongoing maintenance, to ensure healthy hips.

As from September, clients who receive Anatripsis Therapy regularly will occasionally have the Reflexology part of their session replaced with an Anatripsis Hip Scan.

If I detect areas of restriction or blockages, I will incorporate this skilled hip technique into following sessions until improvement is achieved. The Hip Scan will then be repeated periodically as part of your ongoing maintenance.

Prevention is always better than waiting for a problem to develop.

As Anatripsis Therapy continues to evolve, my approach remains focused on the long-term wellbeing of every client.

On my way back to Cyprus it has been an extraordinary trip, connecting with two uber drivers, one giving me the msg to reconnect with Africa (long story, I will make an individual post on it). And the 2nd uber driver happened to be also a massage therapist who may study Anatripsis.
I moved into a new home, drove my son mad with all the Amazon deliveries 😉
I was accepted in a clinic in Athens, that starts next month... changes with my family and I step back and see how my life is unfolding to a totally new beginnings.
Its exciting, scarey and I am loving it. Mostly the experience of meeting new people in these different countries is wonderful.
Let's see what Gods plans are for me in the next months.. Just following my boss's will 🤍
