Think of river swims, safe and private atmosphere, freedom to be n*de if you want to, empowerment of women’s company, beautiful energy in the sky, leaving the space with more self-acceptance and love for yourself and your body.🌞

A gentle note: nud*ty is fully welcomed here, never required. Swimsuits or bare skin, both are held with the same love. Come exactly as you feel called to, and let your body decide on the day.

The way we feel in our bodies sets the tone for how we walk through life. Under a full moon, everything we’ve been quietly carrying rises to the surface. Let’s meet it in water, and let the stream cleanse and nourish us💧✨

What’s provided: totally private shaded nature space by the river, access to toilette, light fruit and snacks, cacaooooo, somatic workshops, lots of love and a little bit of magic.

Come to experience the healing space of nature on our land.🌿

Love can trigger the darkest parts of us 🖤

Intending to harm with our words- because being close to someone terrifies you of the pain you might experience again

Loving your partner and in parallel continuing the behaviors that led to the breakup of your past relationship- because you are testing whether this person can love the REAL messy you

Pushing your loved one away- to see if they will stay and love this harsh and hurt you too

Telling them to leave and find someone better- while you’re hoping and praying they stay and love you as you are

These sometimes don’t make sense.

Sometimes these dynamics break the relationship in the end because we cannot live in dysfunction forever.

Other times these become breakthroughs to incredible partnerships.

What dictated whether these will break or mend the relationship?
We think it’s our compatibility… if you are really meant for each other.. but it’s more than that

It’s the nervousystem capacity to hold stress and to expand into trust and love again.

The masterful management of your emotions.. aka being able to do what is right after an argument instead of following the destructive impulse to do something reckless.

It’s a skill. And skills can be learned.

Less AI, more unfiltered thoughts
Less productivity, more being in touch with my hearts call
Less running about, more focused days

Of course the most important focus are my RELATIONSHIPS
The one with my husband
My son
My dear friends

I’m so moved by the role of relationships in our lives ✨
The transformational containers they are
The irreplaceable part of our lives

Relationships are our inspirations to change who we are
And stretch beyond our hearts limitation to love

The quality of our life depends quite literally on the relationships we have
With yourself
With your partner
In extension with your kids and parents

They reflect who we are. But somehow we are loosing the art of relationship building in the modern world. And I’m here to try and change that. 🤍

With a great hope and wish that this creates a brighter future for the future generations on this planet 🌻
