Leucine is an amino acid (an essential one). It's a powerful anabolic trigger and a key activator for the mTOR pathway.
(Mammalian target of rapamycin).
When it comes to stimulating protein synthesis and muscle building, Leucine is probably the most powerful in comparison with other amino acids.
It also helps regulate blood sugar and improves wound healing and tissue repair.
