Our great friend from Christchurch, Matthew, has been diagnosed with cancer, and hope of saving his life depends on a liver transplant in Germany.

Matt has dedicated his career to supporting people to improve their own health, fitness and wellbeing - some of you may remember him covering your class. But now he needs our help.🙏

The cost of the full treatment starts at £300,000, and any donation you can spare is so greatly appreciated. Even if you can't personally donate, please take a moment to read and share Matt's story to help reach far and wide. 💙
