Available live on zoom.
Yin is a floor based deep stretch using cushions , breath work & Meditation to completely relax and rejuvenate the system
Suitable for beginners.
Also available on Zoom.

HATHA YOGA

A blend of seated and standing postures to help strengthen, soften and stretch our bodies .
Breath work and relaxation.

11.00 CHAIR YOGA
12.30 CHAIR YOGA
Yoga supported by a chair , stretch , strengthen , improve mobility, reduce falls .
