For Irena Kovaljukova, choosing this work began with recognising something deeply personal: her body wasn’t working against her. It was trying to protect her.
That understanding changed everything.
Today, Irena creates a safe and supportive environment where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and begin exploring what their bodies might be holding onto.

This September, Irena is bringing Safe Energy Activation to South Africa for the first time.

You can experience the work in three ways:
1. Attend a Safe Energy Activation (SEA) group or private session during the South African Tour.
2. Attend a 2 day retreat
3. Apply for the five-day practitioner training and train to become one of South Africa’s first SEA facilitators.
