Friday I said 3 minutes...
I made it even better: 90 seconds ⚡
Same energy restoration, less than half the time.
Why the change?
When your battery is at 30%, you need something FAST.
Not "when you have time for self-care" fast.
Actually fast.
This is it. Your 90-second Energy Restore.
⚡ THE POWER BREATH RESET ⚡
*STEP 1: STOP* (5 seconds)
Pause whatever you're doing. Right now. Wherever you are.
*STEP 2: RELEASE* (10 seconds)
• Take a HUGE breath IN through your nose
• Hold it for 2 seconds
• BLOW IT OUT through your mouth - make noise! (Haaaaah)
• Let your shoulders DROP
• Shake out your hands
*STEP 3: RECHARGE* (~60 seconds)
Do this breathing pattern 4 times in a row:
CYCLE 1:
→ INHALE through your nose slowly - count: 1, 2, 3, 4
(Let your BELLY expand, not your chest)
→ HOLD your breath gently - count: 1, 2, 3, 4
(Don't strain, just pause naturally)
→ EXHALE through your mouth slowly - count: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
(Like slowly blowing out birthday candles)
CYCLES 2, 3, 4:
→ Repeat the exact same pattern 3 more times
→ IN for 4, HOLD for 4, OUT for 6
→ Keep it slow and steady
*✨ BONUS WHILE BREATHING:*
• When you INHALE → Imagine golden light filling your body (energy, warmth, life)
• When you EXHALE → Imagine grey smoke leaving your body (stress, tension, tiredness)
Your brain responds to this imagery like it's real ✨
*👌 THE ANCHOR*
(5 seconds - Optional but powerful!)
After your 4th breath cycle, while you're feeling energized:
• Press your THUMB and MIDDLE FINGER tips together
• Hold for 3 seconds
• Release
This creates a shortcut:
Later when you need energy, press those fingers together and your body remembers this recharged state!
(It's called NLP anchoring - your nervous system learns the pattern) 🧠

🔋 *Result: 30% battery → 70% battery*

Your nervous system CANNOT be stressed and deeply breathing at the same time.
It's physiologically impossible.
