Fact or myth? 🤔

That “cracking” or “popping” sound you hear, when cracking your back, it’s usually caused by gas bubbles being released from the joints – not bones “moving out of place.”

For most people, occasional back cracking is not dangerous and doesn’t damage the spine.

However, if you feel pain, discomfort, or the need to do it very often, it may be a sign of muscle tension, poor posture, or lack of mobility.

Instead of relying on cracking, focus on:
✔️ regular movement,
✔️ stretching,
✔️ strengthening your muscles.

Your spine doesn’t need to be “cracked” – it needs to be supported and moved properly.

Take care of your spine by changing your position more often. 🏃‍♂️

Many people focus on having the “perfect posture,” but the truth is that no posture is healthy if you hold it for too long. Sitting, standing, or even lying down in the same position for extended periods can put unnecessary strain on your spine.

Your back was designed for movement. Small changes throughout the day – standing up, stretching, walking for a minute, or simply adjusting how you sit, can help reduce tension and support spinal health.

💡 Try this simple habit: Every 30–60 minutes, take a short break to move your body. Even a brief stretch or a quick walk can make a big difference for your spine.

Your spine doesn’t just need good posture, it needs regular movement.

👉 How often do you take movement breaks during your day?

Did you know that… your spine stays healthy thanks to movement? 🦴

Spinal discs do not have their own blood supply. Instead, they rely on regular movement to absorb nutrients and stay hydrated. When we move, spinal structures are gently loaded and unloaded – supporting flexibility and resilience.

Sitting still for long periods, even with good posture, limits this natural process and can contribute to stiffness and discomfort over time. 📅

Small actions matter: standing up, walking, stretching, or changing position regularly can help support spinal health throughout the day.

👉 How often do you move during your workday?

“When your back hurts, the best thing you can do is rest.”

➡️ This sounds logical because pain often makes us want to stop moving. But in most cases, long-term rest is not the solution.

While short rest periods may help during acute pain, staying inactive for too long can weaken muscles, reduce circulation, and increase stiffness. As a result, the spine loses support and pain may last even longer.

The human spine is designed for movement. Gentle activity, controlled mobility, and gradual return to motion often play a key role in recovery and long-term spinal health.

The goal is not to push through pain – but to move smart, not less. 🚴🏃‍♀️

👉 Have you ever noticed that light movement helps your back more than complete rest? Share your experience in the comments below!

2025 was a year of momentum, milestones, and meaningful progress. 🔝

We strengthened our scientific foundations by signing an R&D agreement with the Institute of High Pressure Physics at the Polish Academy of Sciences, accelerating the development of nanotechnology-based solutions for medical devices.

Together with the University of Ústí, we also secured EU funding to launch an AI-driven surgical planning platform, marking the beginning of a broader digital ecosystem for spine surgery.

🌍 We expanded our global presence at major scientific and industry events, including AAOS in San Diego, CSRS-Europe in Prague, DWG in Wiesbaden, and the Global Spine Congress in Brazil, where early clinical results of our 3D-printed Aries cages were presented.

Surgical education remained a priority through hands-on workshops in Bologna and Bordeaux, supporting minimally invasive techniques using TrueTrainer models, Olympus ORBEYE visualization, and the Syntropiq Dynam’X System. 🧠

🏥 Clinically, 2025 marked several important firsts across Europe, with successful procedures using Dynam’X Ursus, Andromeda, and Aries systems in France and Belgium, confirming growing trust in our solutions.

We move forward focused on innovation, mechanobiology, and meaningful collaboration with surgeons worldwide.

We’re officially here at DWG in Wiesbaden! 🙌

Three days full of innovation, insights, and great conversations ahead – and we’re excited to be part of it.

You’ll find us at booth 11, where our team is showcasing the full Dynam’X portfolio, including our Dynamic Contact Surface – technology designed to support earlier and more robust bone fusion through targeted mechanobiological stimulation.

Whether you're interested in biomechanics, implant design, or the future of spinal fusion, we’d love to exchange ideas, and show you what makes our solutions truly different.

Does it really have to hurt? 🤔

Many of us believe that back pain is an inevitable part of aging.
But it's not age, but habits that determine how we feel every day.

❌ Myth: "Back pain is a natural progression; it just happens with age."
✅ Fact: Pain is a sign of overload, lack of movement, or poor posture – not a death sentence!

The good news?
Your spine can "repay" – you just need to give it a little support!
Regular stretching, physical activity, and ergonomic sitting can completely transform your well-being.

🧡 Take care of your spine, don't wait for it to remind you of its presence with pain.

What do you think? Have you ever heard the saying "pain is normal"? Let us know in the comments – let's talk about what really helps your back.

Your spine has more power than you think! ⚡

It's your body's unsung hero – it supports, stabilizes, and allows you to move every day. Although it looks inconspicuous, it can support up to several hundred kilograms. 💪

On one condition: that its natural curves are maintained.

But even a superhero needs support. Long hours at a desk, a hunched posture, or a lack of exercise can rob it of its strength.

Over time, it begins to send signals – tension, stiffness, pain…

👉 So instead of "rescuing yourself" only when something hurts – focus on prevention! Conscious movement, muscle strengthening, and good posture are the best support for your spine.

How do you nurture your inner superhero? Share your tips in the comments – inspire others to move better! ⬇️

Your spine loves your morning coffee too – only in a moving version! ☕

Before you reach for your phone or sit down at the computer, give your body a moment to wake up. Just 3 minutes of movement, and your spine will reward you with lightness all day long. 💪

Here's a simple ritual to get you started:
1️⃣ Stand up straight and take a deep breath – feel your chest rise
2️⃣ Do a few gentle forward bends (without forcing yourself!)
3️⃣ Twist your torso – one to the left, one to the right
4️⃣ Raise your arms high and stretch like a cat 🐈

A few simple movements make a huge difference. Because daily care for your spine starts with... movement, not pain. 🧡

👉 Do you have your own way to "wake up" your body in the morning? Share it in the comments – maybe you'll inspire someone to make a small change!
