現在は予約制でセッションを受け付けています。お気軽にDMください🌿

新しい土地で、私を見つけて足を運んでくださる方がいること。
そのご縁に、心から感謝しています。

時々 Toi のポップアップなどのお手伝いもさせてもらっています。

セラピストとして、一対一でひとりの方と向き合い、深く繋がる時間がとても大好きです。

そして、樋を通してたくさんの方とコミュニケーションをとる時間も、私にとってとても有意義で大切な時間になっています。
素敵な機会を作ってくれる Plant Japanese chef に感謝です。

違う場所、違う形で出会う人たちからも、たくさんのエネルギーや刺激をもらっています。

I have recently moved my base to Düsseldorf, and I’m slowly starting to feel at home in this beautiful city.

I am currently welcoming clients for private sessions by appointment.

As a therapist, I truly love the one-on-one connection I create with each person — taking the time to listen, connect, and support their body and mind.

At the same time, through toi, I have also been enjoying the opportunity to communicate with many different people. These moments have become meaningful and inspiring experiences for me.
I’m very grateful to Plant Japanese chef for creating these beautiful opportunities.

This photo was taken during our lunch break on Sunday in the park, where I had the pleasure of creating a little space for the bodies and minds of these hardworking team.
Meeting people in different places and through different experiences continues to bring me new energy and inspiration.

Currently, Toi is offering Miki’s vegan summer noodles until August 9th while BULLE_BURGER is on summer break♪

They are hearty and absolutely delicious 😋

Vivian therapyꕤTOKYO in Kanazawaは11月15日をもちまして、一旦区切りを迎えました。

急な呼びかけにもかかわらず、多くの方にVivian Therapyꕤを受け取っていただき、幸せが循環していくのを実感できたことに感無量です。短い期間ではありましたが、足を運んでくださった皆さま、本当にありがとうございました。

不安もありましたが、人と人との繋がりやSNSを通じて私を見つけてくださった方、さらにはセラピストの方々まで「Vivian therapyを体感したい！」と訪れてくださり、温かく充実した時間を過ごすことができました。

また、オファーをくださったサロンオーナー様には心より感謝申し上げます。

すでにVivianレスと言ってくださる方やタイミングが合わなかった方もたくさんいたのでこれを機にまた開幕できたらと思っております✨
またのご縁を楽しみにしています。

そして11月16日には、Vivian TherapyꕤTOKYOがオープン1周年を迎えました🎉✨

多くの方々に支えられ、愛されながら、この特別な日を迎えることができました。この1年は、とても濃密で感慨深い時間でした。
思い返せば、シドニーでVivian TherapyꕤTOKYOを立ち上げたのがたった1年前のこと。
その半年後にドイツへ拠点を移し、さらにこうして日本での開業まで実現するなんて、夢にも思っていませんでした。シドニーのお客様と築いた深い絆から離れるのは寂しさもありましたが、その後も新しい出会いに恵まれました。
もともと「いつか独立したい」と想いながら一歩一歩進めてきたおしごとでしたが、シドニーでの独立はまさに夢のようなことでした。一歩踏み出すには勇気が必要でしたが、その先には想像以上に優しく温かい世界が待っていました。おかげで自由な時間が増え、活動の幅も大きく広がりました。

まだまだ挑戦したいことがたくさんあります。
この1年は「セラピストとして楽しみきる」ことを目標にひとつひとつを楽しみ、味わい続けた1年でしたが、時には活動を止めざるを得ない時間もありました。そんな中で日本での活動を再びスタートできたことに、心から感謝しています。行動するというエネルギーの強さが挑戦することへの勇気となりました。

そして、今月末にはシドニーでの𝙏𝙬𝙤-𝘿𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙋𝙤𝙥-𝙐𝙥 𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙥を開催することを決め、ありがたいことに、急な募集にもかかわらず、募集開始から数日ですべて枠が満席となりました。とても良い2年目を始められそうです。
この温かいご縁に、心から感謝しています。

2年目も感謝の気持ちを胸に歩んでいきます。引き続きよろしくお願いいたします。

Since leaving Sydney, I’ve been continuing to share my passion for healing, and I can’t wait to reconnect with all of you and offer my sessions once again.

◖ Announcement ◗

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the indefinite suspension of Vivian Therapy ꕤ TOKYO following our business days from Sunday, May 26th to Wednesday, May 29th. While this decision is final for now.

To all my dear customer,

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to everyone who has cherished and loved Vivian’s therapy over the years. To those who discovered and became fans of Vivian, to those who live far away yet still support me, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am also immensely grateful to my mentors who imparted their knowledge, my colleagues, my rivals, and the friends and family who have supported me throughout this journey.

Before I opened Vivian Therapy ꕤ TOKYO, I went through a myriad of experiences. Alongside the wonderful moments, there were also stormy times. The many trials and tribulations have made me stronger and more passionate. All these moments were necessary. The opening of Vivian Therapy ꕤ TOKYO was one of the happiest milestones in my life.

Due to visa issues, I will be relocating to Germany in June. I apologize for the sudden announcement and for any inconvenience this may cause. The decision was not easy and came after much deliberation.
I may return to Sydney in the next few years but that is yet to be decided.

I am filled with gratitude and, at the same time, a sense of regret for those who have continually supported me. However, I believe that what I have offered is more than just therapy. I have always intended for the vibrations of happiness and fulfillment to circulate and resonate from person to person, no matter the distance. The vibrations you have felt will continue to reverberate, both within you and within me. I am constantly learning for myself and for all the people around me and beyond. As I always say, this is not just for me; it is for everyone who needs it.

My journey will continue. Though I am still learning and growing, I hope you will continue to support me.
Thank you for all the love and kindness you have shown me.
