r I had visited 5-6 different WT organizations, in 2009 I decided for various reasons to quit from all the associations and to go my own way. At that time I practiced in the clubs up to
4-5 times / week & since I am out, I practice every day. "Inconspicuous" while at work, when refueling the car, opening doors or while hanging around with friends etc. In 2010 I decided together with my close friend Murat Demirci, with whom I practice regularly outdoors, to develop our own fight art. I can still remember that we had exactly -3 degrees (centigrade) & could hardly feel our fingers / toes when we decided to bring Pak Sung Bo into life! But why Pak Sung Bo? – In our defensive style you often grab (from Ger. ~packen~) forceful, from there we took the ~Pak ~ but because it should not sound too German, we have simply left out the "C".
~Sung ~ is deduced from ~Tsun ~, we have simply left out the "T" and added a "G" at the end. ~Sung ~ was very important to us because we wanted to maintain somewhat of Wing~Tsun ~. And finally the ~Bo ~, because in our style we’ve not only the traditional punches like in WingTsun but also punches like in boxing, so we agreed on, that we take over the first both letters & to skip the "X" at the end because otherwise, Pak Sung Box would’ve sounded funny! Just like that Pak Sung Bo was born! Task:
Learning how to defend without thinking (time wasting) about which actions in emergency situations are the most effective! In defense situations purely the opposing strength is applied, this allows a higher success against bigger & stronger opponents!
- Also perfect for women and children! PSB is a self-defense style on a very high level, without unnecessary complicated principles!

Was ist Pak Sung Bo? Nun ja, im Jahr 2002 hatte ich mich beim WingTsun angemeldet. WingTsun ist eine ca. 200-300 Jahre alte Verteidigungskunst, welches von einer Nonne namens Ng Mui entwickelt wurde. Richtig, WT wurde von einer weiblichen Person entwickelt & laut Quellen hieß ihre erste Schülerin Yim Wing Chun (auf Deutsch: Ewiger Frühling). Da die kleine WingTsun sehr fleißig war, benannte die gute Nonne ihren Kampfstil in WingTsun/Wing Chun. Es gibt verschiedene Arten wie man den Namen schreibt....je nach Organisation auch Ving Chun etc. Nachdem ich 5-6 verschiedene WT-Organisationen besucht hatte, beschloss ich 2009 aus verschiedene Gründen mich komplett
aus den Vereinen abzumelden, um meinen eigenen Weg zu gehen. Damals trainierte ich in den Vereinen 4-5 mal in der Woche & seitdem
ich raus bin, wird jeden Tag trainiert. Sei es "unauffällig" auf der Arbeit, beim Tanken, Türe öffnen, beim abhängen mit Freunden etc. etc.... Es ist mittlerweile eine Leidenschaft & zu meinem Lebensstil geworden. Im Jahr 2010 beschloss ich gemeinsam mit meinem engen Freund Murat Demirci, mitdem ich regelmäßig draußen bei Wind & Wetter trainiere, unsere eigene Kampfkunst zu entwickeln. Ich weiß noch, dass wir genau -3 Grad hatten & unsere Finger/Füße kaum spüren konnten, als wir beschlossen Pak Sung Bo ins Leben zu rufen! Wieso Pak Sung Bo? -Also bei unserem Verteidigungsstil wird oft ruckartig ~gepackt~ von daher ~Pak~, aber da es nicht zu deutsch klingen sollte, haben wir das "C" einfach weggelassen.
~Sung~ hat sich von ~Tsun~ entwickelt, wir haben einfach das "T" weggelassen und haben hinten einfach ein "G" drangehangen. ~Sung~ war uns sehr wichtig, weil wir etwas von Wing~Tsun~ beibehalten wollten. Kommen wir zum ~Bo~, da wir nicht nur die traditionellen Stöße wie beim WingTsun, sondern auch Schläge wie beim Boxen haben, einigten wir uns darauf die ersten beiden Buchstaben zu übernehmen & das "X" am Ende
wegzugelassen, da sonst Pak Sung BoX komisch geklungen hätte! Genau so wurde Pak Sung Bo geboren!
