I keep forgetting to post this one 😅
I started practicing at Ashtanga Yoga Berlin in 2015, by then the shala was located at Rosenthaler Platz.
At 2017 I started assisting Grischa and Nir Tiomkin and giving my first tries as a Yoga Teacher. I used to spend every day in there, even Sundays 😅
Since 2023 I’m teaching once a week there, on Friday Evenings.

I love teaching at this place, it often feels like birthday, with every person who enters the room bringing a sense of celebration—an affirmation of being alive.
Although I don’t have the contacts from the people in this platform, I still want to thank you all for all the time spent together and for giving me the opportunity to be here. It’s been a huge blessing 🙏🏾
