One of the rare photos I have from my time in India when I had the chance to learn about Ayurveda in its most authentic form.

I was so caught in the moment - so deeply present - that I didn’t think about capturing it. No endless photos, no documenting… just feeling it fully. Most of those memories live nowhere else but in my heart.

Looking back now, I see this journey as the beginning of something bigger - the path of following that inner calling of choosing, again and again, what makes me feel alive.

Some days feel heavy, slow and draining - like that weight is just who you are. But you are not the gravity you feel - you are the sky that holds it, vast and shifting.

The passage from dense to light may seem unreachable, until you soften your hold on who you think you are. And in that quiet release, you begin to float again - open, dynamic and gently returning to your own balance.
