Research shows that from birth through puberty, the development of our behavioral and psychological patterns is closely connected to the development of our muscles and physical body.
Knowing which behavioral or thought pattern we want to change, we can identify the developmental stage it originates from — and work with specific muscles and body-based techniques connected to that stage to shift the pattern at its root. 🌿
When the origin of the pattern is addressed, it loses its power in the present — allowing us to consciously shape our reactions and behavior. 🔄
