This meeting is a women's circle where we share intimacy, joy, and sorrow to see ourselves in each other and ultimately connect more deeply with ourselves and with the power that lies dormant in our spirit.⠀

In this circle we will receive knowledge from medicine women and from each and every one of us, because we all have something to contribute, some talent to discover, something to learn and to teach. We will create a space in which to open up and give ourselves to the magic that manifests itself. We will search together for the clues and the means to become more awake and conscious women. ⠀

We're happy to welcome Josefina again, our beloved watercolor teacher.

She will give the third (and last this year) watercolor workshop to learn to paint plants and flowers. You'll enjoy four hours of intensive learning where you can enjoy the art of combining paint and water to get incredible results.

My name is Liz, a creative soul who loves photography. I'm lucky to be able to spend a good amount of time on personal projects, traveling and meeting new people. I make my bed in Berlin since 2014 and now, I'm a freelancer as a business coach, digital marketing, photography and owning a clothing brand. ⠀

About my professional career; I have a degree in Communications and an Executive Master in Social Media, as studies in photography in MassArt and NESOP in Boston, Massachusetts. I have held different positions in the fields of marketing and graphic design. Since 2009, I've been living abroad and working as a freelancer. This 2020 I have a new project: the co-creation of a marketing agency with more entrepreneurs called Creatives for Impact.⠀

Angela Vergara is one of the facilitators of our next event "Bienestar Integral". ⠀
Due to a diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis, health becomes a priority in her life. But only until she discovered Functional Medicine as a tool for her healing, she decided to share the information with her community. ⠀
She found the Autoimmune Recovery movement, a space where people interested in well-being and health can find information, receive advice, and attend organized workshops. Also, where people with autoimmune diseases learn to handle their condition with hope and positivity. ⠀
Thanks to her degree in Psychologist, she's admitted by "The Functional Medicine Coaching Academy" as a health professional and obtains her international certification as a Functional Medicine Coach. ⠀
In 2019, the doors of VITA HAUS opened, a place where attendees find different topics that promote physical and emotional health through self-knowledge. October is a beautiful month, we say goodbye little by little to going out on the streets, to socializing and we begin a process of internalization. We prepare for winter, and as you all know, for many of us it is difficult. Next Saturday October 10, our dear Angela Vergara and Fiona Guadarrama from will give us two excellent presentations in addition to knowing a little more about essential oils and their use in our daily lives both to improve our physical and emotional quality.⠀
