Just breathe.

It’s Okay to Pause

You don’t always have to keep moving.

Sometimes your body is asking you to slow down before your mind is ready to admit that you need it.

Pause.
Breathe.
Rest.
Feel.

Taking care of yourself isn’t falling behind.

Rest is part of the process.
And sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is stop trying to push through.
