There’s something about the sea that feels like coming home to myself.

The way the waves move, restless, powerful, yet calm in their rhythm, mirrors everything I carry inside. Some days I’m soft and still, other days I crash and rise again.

When I stand by the water, I let go. Of noise. Of expectations. Of the constant rush. It reminds me that I don’t have to control everything, that I can ebb and flow, just like it does.

That’s where I find clarity. That’s where I find me.

My journey in bodywork and holistic care began in 2022, when I started studying Swedish/relaxation massage in Italy. Having personally experienced how massages and somatic bodywork sessions with my Pantarei Approach practitioner transformed my life inspired me to offer others the opportunity to experience the same kind of change. Since then, I have explored various traditions that honor the connection between body, mind, emotions, and inner well-being.

In 2024, I traveled to Thailand to study Thai yoga massage, learning how movement and breath can work together to restore and refresh the body. In the same year, I attended courses in Germany, deepening my knowledge of various massage techniques, including aromatherapy. In 2025, I studied Lomi Lomi massage in Austria and completed the first level of Zen Thai Shiatsu.

Also in 2025, after a year and a half of dedicated training, I completed the Pantarei Approach, fully stepping into the practice of somatic bodywork.

Over the years, I have had the pleasure of working with many different people, each with unique needs and stories. This has taught me the importance of truly listening - not only to what my clients say, but also to what their bodies communicate. In every session, I strive to understand and respect each person’s individual needs. Whether someone is seeking relief from pain, a break from stress, or a moment of peace, I am here to support them.

At the beginning of each Pantarei Approach session, we take time to get to know the person better, understand the challenges they are facing, and acknowledge the changes they wish to create. It takes training to understand that this empathetic listening and acknowledgment of pain are essential before any meaningful transformation can take place. We know that attentive listening and presence are the first steps toward healing. When someone creates a safe space for our emotions, asks meaningful questions, and guides us toward our inner resources, we feel safe enough to open up and begin to rediscover the light even in difficult moments✨🌷

What is somatic bodywork?

Somatic bodywork encompasses practices that use the body to help individuals explore and understand themselves. It focuses on connecting with physical and emotional sensations in a relaxed environment, free from pressure or judgment. Through techniques such as movement, touch, and breathing, individuals can connect with deeper parts of themselves, fostering awareness and authentic connections.

My therapeutic approach is deeply holistic, combining massage and somatic practices to support physical and emotional well-being. Through mindful touch, movement, and breath, I help people release tension, perceive their sensations, and reconnect with themselves. My goal is not only to alleviate physical discomfort but to guide individuals toward deeper harmony and inner discovery.

I offer massages, Pantarei Approach sessions, and combined packages, creating a space to care for both the body and emotions. Each session is an invitation to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with oneself. I believe that true well-being arises from listening to and respecting one’s own experience, and it is a privilege for me to accompany others on their journey toward balance and wholeness. During my sessions, my aim is to create a serene environment where one can relax, fully feel their emotions, and regain equilibrium.
