We are excited to share a new installation milestone at University Hospital Basel!

On 18.06.2026, our Laser Robot Arm was successfully installed for Prof. Dr. Christoph Zech and will be operated in combination with a Siemens Healthineers SOMATOM CT system — a setup designed to support highly precise, image‑guided interventions.

This marks a meaningful step forward and a strong collaboration with one of Europe’s leading centers in interventional oncology.

Yesterday, on 9 June, the LaserRobotArm was installed together with the Newtom partner in Germany HD Medical Solutions GmbH, bringing even more precision and comfort to future treatments under the care of Dr. Valentin Meßler (on the picture) and Dr. Julian Meßler.

While Timo Krüger is engaging radiologists in Toronto at the SIR (Society of Interventional Radiology) Annual Meeting, Fabien Julen is guiding ATLAS medical technologies forward across Asia’s medical coastlines.

From Taipei to Kaohsiung, the energy has been outstanding. Our new partner Sumtage welcomed Fabien with impressive professionalism, strong leadership engagement, and a team eager to learn and execute.

This year’s focus looks to be on advanced image‑guided interventions, as well as soft- & hardware tools behind them.
