Kann man auch gut als Start in ein neues, gesundes Jahr machen.

I just finished the 3 day juice cleanse by Pressgut ( by the lovely Thomas) and I even added an extra day on top ☺
Here is what I found out to be important when juice cleanse:
👉 Reduce your coffee input if possible to zero or one cup per day BEFORE.
👉 Drink lots of water and herbal tea on top of the juice.
👉 Move & Sweat! I went for a walk, running and was on my mat. I had tons of energy and it helped against the headache.
👉 Lots of fresh air.
👉 Meditation. It is not only the body that cleanses, but also your whole self. I enjoyed rooting meditations the most.
👉 Rest. Besides all the movement, I needed some naps and time for Netflix and my book.
Help your body clean:
👉 Bath & Brush. Daily baths with Epsom salt, baking soda (Natron) and ginger (in the morning) or lavender (at night) helped my body to get rid of toxins. Also I dry brushed my body from head to toe, supporting the lympathic system.
👉 Oil rinse in the morning of your mouth. It helps to get rid of the toxins that accumulate there overnight.
👉 Take the garbage out 💩 ;-) It is helpful if you are alone for this. I put on candles and listened to podcasts meanwhile.
After the cleanse, take your time to start eating again. I started with an apple, bliss balls and soup on day 1 today.
It is a special time, so don’t push yourself and accept the headache and the dizziness that may occur. This too will change. ;-) Get off from the couch and move!
Keep going with the juices! I have been juicing for almost 4 years now and whenever I have too little time, I get them from Thomas . Besides, he also makes the best vegan burgers. ;-) So if you are in town, go and support your local vegan restaurant/juicing bar!
