Do you take some New Year's resolutions, I know for some people, it does work 🙃
Important things to remember for the upcoming year :
👉 Don't wait for your stress level to be unbearable to act on it. It's easier to maintain an acceptable stress level, than decreasing it once it got too high.
👉 Your stress container as a tap, use it ! Any helpful copping mechanism you will find will help decrease your stress level : sport, art, cooking, traveling, wellbeing ...
👉 Identify your unhelpful copping mechanisms : drinking, stress eating, smoking, ...
