A fun and energizing session suitable for all fitness levels.

🧘 11:00 – Stretching & Mobility
Recover, relax, and improve flexibility with a guided mobility session.

Bring something to eat or drink and enjoy a relaxed picnic together. Healthy snacks, homemade treats, fruit, salads, drinks – everything is welcome!

The Sweet Trap 🍭

Years ago, I started reducing added sugars from my diet.
Not because I wanted a “perfect” diet.
Not because I wanted to punish myself.

But because I realized how deeply sugar was controlling cravings, energy, mood, and hunger.

The scary part?
Most people think sugar is just in desserts.
🔎 But added sugars are hidden everywhere: sauces, cereals, yogurts, protein bars, “healthy” snacks, drinks, and processed foods.

What many don’t realize is that sugar doesn’t only affect the body, it affects the brain.
It activates reward pathways that make you want more and more, creating a cycle of cravings and dependency.

And the truth is:
Our body does NOT need added sugar to survive.
Natural sugars from fruit, vegetables, and whole foods are enough.

The food industry knows that sugar increases pleasure, repeat buying, and cravings.
The sweeter the product, the more difficult it becomes to stop consuming it.

Over time, excessive added sugar intake has been linked to:
✨energy crashes
✨inflammation
✨poor concentration
✨mood swings
✨weight gain
✨metabolic diseases

And still today, people sometimes look at me like I’m an alien when I refuse dessert at the end of a dinner.🙄

Sometimes the most powerful move is not doing more….it’s letting go.

I’m reading La Teoria di Lasciare Andare by Mel Robbins, and it reminds me of something many of us forget: not every opinion deserves space in your mind, not every drama deserves your energy, and not every noise around you deserves your attention.

We live surrounded by distractions, expectations, negativity, and constant pressure to react. But growth often begins when we create space. Space from chaos. Space from people’s judgments. Space from what drains us.

When you let go of what is heavy, you make room for what matters:

✨ clarity
✨ peace
✨ focus
✨ new opportunities
✨ your real self

Sometimes the next level of your life doesn’t come from adding more… but from releasing what no longer belongs there.

I’m reading Intentional by Chris Bailey and one idea hit me hard:

It’s not about doing more.
It’s about doing what matters… on purpose.

In sport, this changes everything.

You can train every day and still go nowhere.
Or you can train with intention.. every session having a reason.

Not random workouts.
Not chasing sweat.
Not copying others.

Just clarity.
