Örömmel és büszkeséggel jelentem be, hogy tanulmányom „The Nasciturus at the Intersection of the Protection of Life and Self-Determination: A Comparative Analysis of Constitutional Conflicts” címmel megjelent a Contemporary Readings in Law and Social Justice (ISSN: 1948-9137, e-ISSN: 2162-2752, Vol. 18 (1), 2026, pp. 630–645) rangos Q1-es szakfolyóiratban. Ez a publikáció több éves kutatómunkám fontos mérföldköve, és külön öröm számomra, hogy angol nyelven is hozzájárulhattam a tudományos diskurzushoz.

Mit Freude und Stolz gebe ich bekannt, dass meine Studie „The Nasciturus at the Intersection of the Protection of Life and Self-Determination: A Comparative Analysis of Constitutional Conflicts“ in der renommierten Q1-Fachzeitschrift Contemporary Readings in Law and Social Justice (ISSN: 1948-9137, e-ISSN: 2162-2752, Vol. 18 (1), 2026, S. 630–645) erschienen ist. Diese Publikation stellt einen wichtigen Meilenstein meiner mehrjährigen Forschungsarbeit dar, es ist mir eine besondere Freude, dass ich auch in englischer Sprache zum wissenschaftlichen Diskurs beitragen konnte.
Hiermit möchte ich Frau Prof. Dr. Herger Cs. Eszter DSc., den Lehrstuhl für Rechtsgeschichte der Fakultät für Staats- und Rechtswissenschaften der Universität Pécs, ferner Lektor Rotschadl Ádám sowie meiner Familie für die kontinuierliche Unterstützung, Ermutigung und das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen meinen aufrichtigen Dank aussprechen.

It is with great joy and pride that I announce the publication of my study “The Nasciturus at the Intersection of the Protection of Life and Self-Determination: A Comparative Analysis of Constitutional Conflicts” in the prestigious Q1 journal Contemporary Readings in Law and Social Justice (ISSN: 1948-9137, e-ISSN: 2162-2752, Vol. 18 (1), 2026, pp. 630–645). This publication represents an important milestone in my years of research, and it is a particular pleasure for me to have been able to contribute to the academic discourse in English as well.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Prof. Dr. Herger Cs. Eszter DSc., Chair of Legal History at the Faculty of Political Science and Law at the University of Pécs, as well as to Lecturer Rotschadl Ádám and my family for their continuous support, encouragement, and the trust they have placed in me.
