CLARITY IS WEALTH.

But here’s the question…

How do you know whether you actually have clarity?🧐

Do you see your life through the lens of clarity or fog?🤨

Because the interesting thing about mental fog is that you may not realise you’re in it.

You can be completely convinced that you understand yourself.
You can be certain that you know what happened.
You can believe you understand another person.
You can feel absolutely sure that your perception is the truth.

And yet… your view may still be distorted.

So perhaps the real question isn’t:

“Do I have clarity?”🤔

Perhaps it’s:

“How willing am I to question what I believe I know?”

Clarity doesn’t mean having all the answers.

Sometimes clarity is being able to say:

“Maybe I don’t see this as clearly as I think I do.”

“Maybe there is something I haven’t understood yet.”

“Maybe my emotions, fears, assumptions or past experiences are colouring what I’m seeing.”

“Maybe there is another perspective I haven’t considered.”

That willingness to pause, reflect and challenge your own perception can be a very powerful form of clarity.

So today, ask yourself:

Am I seeing my life as it truly is — or am I seeing it through the fog of my own interpretation?

And perhaps the most important question of all:

What would I need to be willing to see if I wanted greater clarity? 🪞😌

Today’s National Dog Day 26/08 🐾

Here’s to our beautiful, loyal, four-legged friends, the ones who somehow manage to give us unconditional love, make us laugh, get under our feet, steal our spot on the sofa… and then look at us with those eyes and we forgive them everything. 😂❤️

Dogs have a wonderful way of making a house feel less empty. They’re there when you’re having a great day, and they’re there when you’re not. Sometimes they don’t need to do anything at all — just a cuddle, a little lick on your hand, or that faithful look that somehow says, “I’m here.”

And then there’s my Milo. 🐶❤️

When he came into my life, he already had a difficult first year, and I remember wanting to give him a feeling of safety and calm. Reiki became one of the ways I supported him as he settled into his new life with me.

Now he’s my little companion, my partner in crime, my shadow… and occasionally my very persistent personal assistant. 😂

Thank you for being in my life, Milo. You brighten my days in ways you probably don’t even realise ✨

The August 27/28 Blood Moon Eclipse brings charged energy around karmic love, emotional revelations & wishes that have waited far too long for movement.

Over the next few days, unexpected communication could reopen an important connection, hidden feelings may finally be spoken & a decision could change the direction of everything that follows. People or situations may be eclipsed in or out, revealing what is truly meant to remain in your life.

This deep partial lunar eclipse falls in Pisces, amplifying themes of intuition, dreams, emotional sensitivity & the things we have felt but perhaps never fully expressed. It also closes the eclipse story that began with the powerful solar eclipse on August 12, making this a potent symbolic time for something to come full circle, be revealed or finally released.

Pay attention to dreams, strong intuition, repeated signs & sudden changes of heart. Something deeply hoped for could return with completely different energy, bringing confirmation that a chapter was leading somewhere significant.

Apparently, 800+ people have somehow ended up here… 😳✨

So I thought it might be time to say thank you and perhaps introduce myself properly again.

I’m Tanya, Reiki Master Teacher, spiritual explorer, questioner of absolutely everything… and apparently someone who now has 800+ people following this little corner of Facebook. 🥹❤️

When I created this page almost four years ago, around the time I started my Reiki business in England, I certainly wasn’t thinking about building a huge following or becoming a social-media influencer.

Quite honestly, I still don’t.

This page has never been about chasing numbers, feeding the Facebook algorithm or working out how many times a day I’m supposed to post before Facebook forgets I exist.

I post when I have something to say.

Sometimes that’s Reiki.
Sometimes spirituality.
Sometimes astrology.
Sometimes something I’ve experienced myself.
And sometimes I probably disappear down a completely random rabbit hole and take you all with me. 😂

But perhaps I should also tell you a little bit about why Reiki became such an important part of my life.

I didn’t simply wake up one morning and decide, “Oh, I think I’ll become a Reiki practitioner.”

Life had other plans.

I came to Reiki following a life-altering diagnosis - one of those moments that completely changes your perspective and forces you to stop, look around and ask some pretty uncomfortable questions.

For me, it became a wake-up call.

Reiki opened a door.

And once that door was open, there was really no going back.

I started looking at life differently. Questioning things I’d previously accepted without thinking. Becoming curious about what lies beneath the surface. Looking behind the veil, so to speak. ✨

And the more I learned, the more I realised how much I didn’t know, including about myself 🤷‍♀️

Which, ironically, has probably made me even more curious.

So this page has grown alongside me.

It’s not a perfectly curated spiritual brand.
It’s not a carefully constructed marketing machine.
It’s certainly not a daily stream of “Rise and shine, beautiful souls! ✨ Your abundance is coming!” posts. ☺️

It’s simply my space.

A place where I share Reiki, spirituality, astrology, things I’m learning, things I’m questioning, things I’ve experienced and occasionally whatever else happens to be occupying my brain that day.

Some of you may have found me through Reiki.
Some through spirituality or astrology.
Some through the global healers and therapists group that I help administer.

However you arrived, thank you for staying.

Thank you for reading my posts, following along, sharing things, commenting, or simply being quietly present.

I’m genuinely grateful that 800 of you have decided that this little corner of Facebook is worth sticking around for. ❤️

I’m not trying to become the biggest page on Facebook.

I’m just here, doing my thing, sharing what feels authentic to me and continuing to explore this strange, beautiful, sometimes utterly bonkers journey we’re all on.

The first eclipse of the summer is here! The Total Solar Eclipse in Leo occurs on August 12th at 1:36 p.m Eastern Time, causing emotions to soar and the hands of fate to work overtime. Eclipses bring matters to light, as the moon moves between the sun and the Earth. They offer us a unique look at dynamics and situations, offering us the opportunity to grow. The focus of The Total Solar Eclipse in Leo is to look at our lives from a different perspective, recognizing that outdated belief systems or relationships need to evolve. Leo is a fixed sign, so moving toward a new path of consciousness is going to be challenging. The road we’ve been walking on is splitting into two different paths; it’s up to us to choose the one that connects with our own spirit. ✨ HOPE IS BEAUTIFUL.
FALSE CERTAINTY IS NOT. ✨

Lately, I’ve felt the need to speak up.

As a Reiki Master, I absolutely believe that the Universe, nature, the Moon, astrology, tarot and spiritual practices can inspire us, guide us and encourage us to look within. They can offer hope, perspective and moments of profound insight.

But I also believe we have a responsibility to keep it real ❗️

Over the past weeks my social media has been flooded with posts saying that this rare planetary alignment, the Full Moon, or the last weeks of July are going to change everything. That life will never be the same again. That abundance is arriving. That love is on its way. That everyone is stepping into a completely new reality. 🧐

If you’re already in a good place, those messages may feel exciting.🤩

But if you’re lying awake at night with depression, grief, anxiety, loneliness, heartbreak or financial worries, those same messages can become something else entirely. They become a promise that tomorrow you’ll wake up and everything will somehow be different.

And when tomorrow feels exactly like today, it’s easy to wonder what you did wrong.🫩

Please hear this:

You have done nothing wrong.🙏

Healing isn’t measured by the calendar or by the Moon. Growth doesn’t happen because a particular group of planets happens to align. Those moments may open a door, offer inspiration or invite reflection but they don’t walk the journey for us.

The same is true of tarot.
A beautiful card isn’t a guarantee that next week your soulmate will appear or every problem will disappear. Sometimes that card simply reflects an inner shift, a moment of peace, a new understanding or a direction rather than a destination.

As spiritual practitioners, I believe we should inspire people without giving them unrealistic expectations. Hope is beautiful. False certainty is not.

If you’re in a dark place today, please don’t believe you’ve missed your moment because the Full Moon came and went, or because a rare planetary event didn’t instantly transform your life.

Your light hasn’t gone out.
It may simply be dimmed for now.

Real healing is rarely dramatic. More often, it’s quiet. It’s messy. It’s two steps forward and one step back. It’s choosing yourself again and again, even on the days when you can’t yet see the light.

And that is no less spiritual.

If this message reaches just one person who feels disappointed because life didn’t magically change overnight, then speaking up was worth it. ❤️

✨ The Barbault Basket — why is everyone talking about July 2026? ✨🌌

We experience many energetic shifts throughout the year: New Moons, Full Moons, eclipses, retrogrades, and planetary movements that invite us to reflect, release, and grow.

But July 2026 is being highlighted by many astrologers for something considered quite different: a rare planetary configuration known as the “Barbault Basket.”

Named after the renowned French astrologer André Barbault, this pattern involves the slow-moving outer planets — the planets that are traditionally associated with collective themes, generational change, and major cycles of transformation.
