In Huzhou, China, the Anji Grand Theatre sets a new benchmark for modern immersive audio experiences. With more than 1,300 seats and a sophisticated 3D audio concept, the venue combines architectural excellence with cutting-edge sound design.

Around 100 loudspeakers form the foundation of this system: SPECTRA 212 as the main system, supported by SONA and GRAVIS for precise and even coverage throughout the space.

A key element is the ear-level perimeter system using PIA, enabling exceptional localization and a remarkably stable sound image — even across large distances.

At the heart of the system: our SCALA processor, providing the flexibility and control required for such a complex immersive setup.

The result is a coherent, powerful and highly precise sound experience for every seat in the house.
