🔹Floor work technique
This contemporary floorwork class focuses on developing fluidity, strength, coordination, and efficiency of movement through the relationship between the body and the floor. The class begins with a guided warm-up designed to prepare the body, awaken awareness, and cultivate elasticity and mobility.
Through a series of progressive exercises across the floor, participants will explore pathways, momentum, weight transfer, and dynamic transitions. Each exercise gradually increases in complexity, allowing dancers to build confidence and deepen their understanding of movement principles step by step.
The class culminates in a longer movement phrase that integrates the material explored throughout the session, offering space to connect technique, musicality, and personal expression.

A contemporary technique class built on structured material and repetition, designed to steadily refine and elevate the body’s technical range. We explore the articulation of weight around a central axis, allowing movement to shift fluidly between vertical and horizontal dimensions, weaving through and from the floor with ease. Following a deep, preparatory warm-up, the class opens into a layered exploration of rhythm, coordination, and spatial awareness across all levels, culminating in expansive, traveling jumps that carry energy through space.

🔹Contemporary Dance
This class explores the crossover between contemporary movement practices and rhythmic textures of Latin social dance. Blending the languages of Floorwork, Release, Flying Low, and accessible elements of salsa, we work on coordination, agility, and groundedness, uncovering new pathways towards pleasurable and dynamic motion.
The starting point is a gentle opening of the body, cultivating a receptive physical state and spatial awareness. From there, we work with rhythmic patterns and diverse travelling sequences, gradually introducing circular and continuous movement qualities drawn from salsa. Both improvisation scores and set material are used, allowing dancers to fully embody a wide range of qualities, deepen their adaptability, and refine their creative choices.
The training offers a wide range of movement possibilities while strengthening the connection between social dance and contemporary dance training.

🔹Vortex Motion
This class focuses on improvisation based on both technique and creativity.
We whoosh, swirl, and spin low to the ground, as if something were pulling us apart in every direction. Our inner flames flicker to all sides, and together we explore the speed and intensity of centrifugal force. Through guided movement sequences/materials, we build confidence in dynamic power. Ultimately, this leads to extended sequences that will both enhance and challenge our physical conditioning.

🔹Contemporary fusion
We will begin the class by arriving and grounding ourselves through breathing techniques and gentle touch, inviting awareness into our bodies and into the shared space we are moving in. Throughout each class, we will continuously engage our joints and explore movement using set phrases, improvisation tasks, and mobility training. Flows, swings, glides, and jumps will naturally emerge as we travel through space, following curiosity and collective exploration. Toward the end of the class, we will gradually slow down, cool down, and return to our breath.

🔹Dance as a Practice of Transformation
This class focuses on improvisation based on both technique and creativity. We will sharpen our awareness of body and space and awaken various possibilities of movement. These include: the use of our bones’ weight, our breath, our eyes and our imagination. Through specific exercises, we will discover new pathways to our movement vocabulary as well as to our creative body and mind. We may also work with voice and short writing exercises. The training aims to merge movement, creativity, thoughts, and emotions into a single physical experience. We will sweat, we will listen, we will connect with ourselves and others, and we will practice dancing from this space of vulnerability and strength. We will dance as a practice of transformation.
