Fear
Criticism
Pressure
Just to get the list started….

Now, I’m letting my body be shaped by LOVE
What happens when I give her permission to rest, play, desire, thirst, indulge, connect shamelessly, ask for more, eat because it feels good, and move the way she wants to, without any goal in mind other than to enjoy being in a body.

And darlings, so far, this feels exquisite, even though I’m facing those voices wanting me to run back to the gym, and restrict my eating again, like I have most of my life.
