It was really nice having you and chatting with you.
Also I just love manatees and I am very happy how it turned out.
This is my first tattoo as a regular artist Artists for SEA SHEPHERD - where I will donate a part of all my sea-themed tattoos to Sea Shepherd Sea Shepherd Deutschland

1. Manatees are sometimes called “sea cows” because they spend up to 8 hours a day grazing on seagrass and other aquatic plants.
2. Manatees are surprisingly closely related to elephants. Despite living in the water, their closest living relatives are elephants and hyraxes.
3. They can hold their breath for up to 20 minutes, but they usually come to the surface every 3–5 minutes to breathe.
4. Manatees have no front teeth. Instead, they constantly grow new molars in the back of their mouths, which slowly move forward as older teeth wear down
5. Ancient sea cows were giants! Some prehistoric relatives of today’s manatees reached up to 9 meters (30 feet) in length, making them some of the largest plant-eating marine mammals ever.

Two days. One half sleeve. One tiny jungle ecosystem. 🦎🪲🌿

This piece features a Basilisk and a stag Beetle, surrounded by tropical plants and botanical details.

Fun facts:
✨ Plumed basilisks are often called “Jesus lizards” because they can actually run across water for short distances.
✨ Stag beetles can lift objects many times their own body weight, making them some of the strongest animals on the planet relative to size.

I love creating tattoos that feel like a snapshot of nature—where every creature has its own story and every leaf adds to the atmosphere.

Done in 2 days for my amazing client. Thank you for the trust and the endurance. 🖤

Another tattooed thats shown way too late: Northern Lapwing & chick.

Fun facts:
• Chicks leave the nest within hours of hatching and quickly start exploring their surroundings.
• Lapwings are famous for their tumbling, twisting courtship flights.
• The species gets its name from the characteristic “lapping” motion of its wings during flight.

New resident. 🖤

An aardwolf, finely etched in black & grey.

Tiny fact dump:
🐜 Not a wolf.
🦴 Actually a member of the hyena family.
👅 Can eat hundreds of thousands of termites in a single night.
🌙 Mostly active after dark.
✨ Living proof that becoming extremely good at one thing is a valid survival strategy.

Nature is weird. That’s why I like it.

Yesterdays project was this little nature tattoo. Forest themed on the calf, this tattoo shows a little moth and wildbee! So happy how it came out

A little black & grey fineline piece with a snail, carpenter bees and trembling grass 🖤
I made this custom botanical tattoo for someone who’s actually allergic to bees and grass - which somehow made the whole idea even more special to tattoo.
I really love how soft and calm this one feels.
