A gym floor can be filled with great equipment and still not work as a space.

Because before choosing equipment, you need to think about how the space is actually going to be used.

How will members move through the gym? Where should different training zones be placed? Which equipment belongs together? And does the overall layout make sense?

If you choose the equipment first and try to build the layout around it afterwards, you can end up with a floor that feels crowded, has poor routing or contains zones that are not used the way you intended.
