A journey through strength, emotion and silence - where what remains unspoken perhaps speaks the loudest.

AdiShankaracharya already decoded the truth of life and gave us in a nutshell! What we make of it is upto us!!

This excerpt from my production BhajaGovindam - Echoes of love unseen, during Sanatana Nritya 2025 is close to my heart, and I chose to leave it whole rather than shorten it for the screen.

When the mountains call, we gladly return!!

Over the years, these summer Ayurveda weekends in the Austrian Alps at have come to hold a special place in my heart.

I return each time with the same purpose, yet I leave with new meaningful conversations, thoughtful questions, and a renewed appreciation for how deeply Ayurveda continues to resonate across cultures and continents.

Of all the places my work takes me, this is one I never tire of returning to!!

, truly lives up to the name, where work blends into crisp mountain air, goodness of Ayurveda, calmness of Yoga, sunshine, hearty people, and good food. This kind of work certainly is "dream"like and for sure something to look forward to!☀️✨

🌿 Module 3 completed! Gearing up for Module 4!

From understanding Ayurvedic Philosophy, basic composition, Macrocosmos - Microcosmos, concept of Swasthya, Dhatus, Gunas to now with third module the learning continues seeto learn one's unique Prakriti , exploring Dinacharya and Ritucharya.

Our participants are steadily discovering how Ayurveda is not merely a healing system, but a practical way of living.

Three modules in, and the depth of discussions, reflections, and enthusiasm in this group continues to inspire.

Looking forward to the next chapter of this journey together. ✨

As we are gearing up for the third module of Sutra - Ayurveda Basisausbildung starting tomorrow, sharing the glimpses of our second module that took place last month.

Invoking the blessings of Lord Dhanvanthari, God of heath and medicine (Adi Devam)
- Who destroys the fear of diseases
- (Ruk), aging (Jara), Bhaya (fear and anxiety) and death (Mrityu) in the world.
- who bestows various types of medicines and cures ailments in various forms.

Honoured to be invited to deliver a Guest Lecture at the International Surgico-Medical Conference — Sushrutee 2026, organised by NIMA OBGY Society Central in association with M.M.M Government Ayurveda College, Udaipur.

I will be speaking on: “Effect of Yogic Practices in Reproductive Hormonal Balance”

Grateful for the opportunity to contribute to discussions on integrative reproductive health, alongside respected scholars and clinicians.

After a beautiful journey of growth and collaboration, we are happy to share that Sanatana Akademie is stepping into its 5th year with renewed clarity with an independent vision & space.

Sanatana Akademie has always been a home for the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Indian classical arts, A space for healing, learning, and inner alignment. This journey has evolved through meaningful collaborations across the city and shared spaces, including the past 2.5 years at our current location.

From 1st May 2026, all the Ayurveda consultations, Ausbildung programs, Yoga and dance workshops & holistic offerings will continue at the same location: Föhringer Allee 27, 85774 Unterföhring, Munich, now as an independent space, aligned and rooted in its original vision.

The essence of this space remains unchanged, and we look forward to holding it as a nurturing and sacred environment for all who seek it.
