YOGA FOR THE CORE WORKSHOP

It was wonderful to see such a big turnout for this Saturday workshop Yoga for the core ♥️
A strong core is vital for our stability and learning how to move actively from the core is essential for safe and effective movement in sports and daily physical activities. Core-strengthening not only focuses on abdominal muscles, but also the muscles in our spine, the hips and pelvis.
Our core is the centre - the place from which we draw our strength and resilience... the home of Manipura chakra and the seat of our inner fire 🔥... it is the place which gives rise to our digestive power, our willpower and sense of self.
Through more difficult times, it is this seat of fire which gives us that inner determination and strength to keep moving forward one step at a time.
