Studio Stine Spiritus Breathwork, Yoga, Nuad Boran Thai Massage, Empowerment Circles Moving and feeling my own body has been always a need in my life.

Physical and
mental experience was important to me since a child. I always wanted to explore
and push my own limits. I have been working as a freelance bodyworker for several years in the areas of
yoga, Nuad Phaen Boran, SPIRITUS Breathwork, Metamorphosis
Prenatal Therapy and coaching. I work in 1:1 sessions as well as group sessions and also create my own workshops and retreats. In addition, my e

xperience includes working as a mentor in various basic and advanced yoga teacher training courses. Working with one's mind refers to the conscious process of self-reflection, self-
awareness and mental discipline. The goal is to promote mental clarity, achieve
emotional balance and support personal growth.
