Mental and emotional health are critical to a well-rounded and fulfilled life and resulting success. If you are having difficulty reaching your goals or even setting them, Soul Code principles may help you. I provide life and personal counseling to help you get where you want to go using a form of energetic subconscious suggestion. This is the basis of the Soul Code which I have developed over man

y years. It includes a system of directed concentration exercises that enable you to release negative thoughts, emotions, belief systems and whatever you feel is holding you back. If necessary, I can also help you find a psychiatrist or psychologist for face-to-face help. If you are feeling out of control or feel like taking your life, please contact your local emergency services immediately. They are there to provide you all the help you need. Your life is worth it! I do personal sessions in English or German via telephone or Skype or Google Hangouts. Sessions generally last about 50 minutes (the first usually about 90 min). A single session costs 60 Euros incl. Packages of 6 sessions are 300 Euros incl. During the first session, we will talk so I can get an idea where you are in life and some of the influences that could have an effect on a session. I will also describe how I apply the Soul Code and what this could mean for you. If you feel this is not for you, you may withdraw at any time and receive a refund for any unstarted sessions if you have paid in advance of the session. Confidentiality is guaranteed. Please understand that I am not a psychiatrist or medical doctor and cannot diagnose or give medical advice on any physical or psychological condition. I also cannot guarantee any result or promise that I can relieve any physical or psychological symptom. Always consult with your personal health care provider when symptoms arise that of concern to you. My service is to help you take charge of setting and reaching your healing and development goals and to accompany you along your journey towards your goals if you would like that.

Creating the life you want requires knowing what you want, especially what it looks like. Here is a list of tips on how to know if the life you want is within your reach.

- You are happy in your skin.
- You know in your heart that you are going the right direction.
- Your physical body does not reject whatever it is you’re doing.
- Those around you seem to in some way contribute to whatever it is you want even unconsciously or indirectly.
- You perceive that parts of your life become easier to live without additional effort.
- Priorities become easier to set and stick to.

Circumstances can prevent you from being where you want to be and with whom you want to be and perhaps doing what you want to do; However, even when the circumstances are not precisely what you want right now, you can still start creating the life you want. If the list above fully resonates with you right now wherever you are in creating what you want, the precise details will eventually come together the way you want them to.

If the list does not seem to resonate with you, ask yourself whether there is something you should change to become more resonate with that point. Is there anything necessary either to do or to reevaluate, allow yourself a full view of your being and try to see if you can change anything whether it be mental, emotional, spiritual or physical or within your environment. If there is something that needs to change, visualize yourself changing it so it corresponds with exactly how you want it to be. This change could be something you do or ask someone to do including using energy work to change it. It does not matter what modality you use as long as it resonates with your field.
