Leadership ist nicht immer angenehm. Eine Gemeinschaft entsteht nicht einfach so, sie wird gebaut-durch Reibung, Missverständnisse, Nähe und Distanz.
Deshalb halten sich viele lieber zurück. Sie bleiben Beobachter, statt wirklich einzutauchen in Teamdynamiken, in Irrungen und Wirrungen, in all das Potenzial für Konflikte und Wachstum. Völlig verständlich. Es ist einfacher, sich als vermeintlicher Experte zu positionieren, als sich wirklich auf Leadership einzulassen und damit auch verletzlicher zu werden.
Denn echtes Leadership bedeutet, die Schmerzen des Prozesses nicht nur zu kennen, sondern sie zu akzeptieren.
Und dann gibt es diese seltenen Momente, in denen plötzlich alles Sinn ergibt.
Wo jede extra Meile hundertfach zurückkommt.
Wo so viel Vertrauen, Liebe und Wertschätzung spürbar wird, dass es für einen Augenblick ganz still wird. Friedlich und vor allem glücklich.
Am 13.8.2026 war so ein Moment.
Und ja,das ist schwer zu verstehen, wenn man es nicht selbst gefühlt hat.
🇬🇧Leadership isn’t always comfortable. A community doesn’t just happen. It’s built through friction, misunderstandings, closeness and distance.
That’s why many people prefer to stay on the sidelines. They remain observers rather than really stepping into team dynamics, the messiness of human relationships, and all the potential for conflict and growth. Completely understandable. It’s easier to position yourself as an expert than to truly step into leadership and become vulnerable in the process.
Because real leadership means not only knowing that the process can hurt, but accepting that as part of it.
And then there are those rare moments when suddenly, it all makes sense.
When every extra mile comes back to you a hundredfold.
When there is so much trust, love and appreciation in the room that, for a moment, everything becomes quiet. Peaceful. Clear. Happy.
August 13, 2026 was one of those moments.
And yes, it’s hard to understand if you’ve never felt it yourself.
