We cannot always control what happens around us.

A difficult conversation.
A stressful day.
A disappointment we didn't see coming.

But the question is, what do we have within us when those moments arrive?

That is why building a daily practice can be so powerful.

Not as something we turn to only when life falls apart
but as something we practise before it does :)

Through our Daily Yoga Classes on the Satvic App, you can build that consistency every day with:

🧘 30 minutes of asanas
🌬️ 15 minutes of Kriya
🙏 Daily sadhana

And over time, work towards better sleep, emotional stability, optimal weight, and most importantly – a stronger daily connection with yourself.

we packed our bags, left our office desks behind, and headed deep into the untouched tribal belts of Udaipur ⛰️ digging into the damp soil and finding all these earthworms moving around was the sweetest welcome.❤️

when we saw this massive ancient tree standing tall at the edge of the fields, we just felt like hugging it 🫂 it feels like the grand guardian of the whole ecosystem🌳

standing right in the middle of the field with Pratap Singh Ji to check on our upcoming turmeric harvest 🌱 he pulled up a plant to show us how the roots multiply deep inside the living soil, and holding his organic certificate right next to the raw crop means everything to us ✨

our local guides showed us this wild plant where you can literally blow natural bubbles through the stem 🫧 moments like this make me feel like a kid again. 💟

meeting Ratan Lal Ji and his wife was just a masterclass in joyful, conscious living 🥹 they’ve been farming organically for decades with so much patience, literally turning wild weeds back into nourishment for their maize crops 🌽

crossed paths with these vibrant tribal women walking back home after field work 👋🏽 the second we stopped to talk, their faces just lit up with the warmest smiles. just a beautiful, raw moment of pure shared joy 🤍

caught this special group portrait under a dramatic evening sky 📸 those two inspiring women standing right in the center manage this entire multi-cropping farm completely on their own. building a direct, honest bridge to families like theirs is exactly why we do this 🌾

deeply humbled to meet Gulab Singh Ji, a total legend out here 🤝 he singlehandedly inspired over 500 local farmers to drop toxic chemicals and go organic. standing next to him makes you realise real change starts with community heroes 🌟

sitting on the floor with tribal community leader Bansi Ji learning how to make traditional paniya 🌽 wrapping maize dough in wild palash leaves and slow baking it over a natural fire pit 😋

hiking single file deep into the mountain paths because there are literally no roads here 🥾 physically pushing ourselves through the green terrain is what true verification looks like to us. we need to know the face

Share this with a woman you care for💛

We as women spend our whole lives taking care of everyone else.

Our children's meals. Our partner's comfort. Our parents' health.

But somewhere in all that giving, we forget to ask ourselves, "What do I actually need?"

Here's the truth: You can't pour from an empty glass.

If your body is depleted, tired, running on empty
- You can't truly show up for the people who need you either.

And women's bodies genuinely need more.

More calcium, because of the natural bone density loss that begins as early as our 30s.

More iron, because of everything our bodies go through each month.

More protein, because muscle mass naturally declines with age – faster in women than men.

More care during every hormonal shift – periods, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause.

So, taking care of yourself isn't selfish.

It's actually the most important thing you can do for the people you love.

Because a healed woman heals everyone around her :)

If you're a woman ready to finally put yourself first – even just for 21 days,

Join our Ultimate Health Challenge.

We'll guide you through 7 life-transforming habits – food, sleep, movement, and more – so you can build the energy and strength your body actually needs.

Share this with someone who loves Maggi!

India sells over 6 billion servings of Maggi every single year.

That's almost one packet for every person on Earth!

And it's marketed brilliantly.

"2-minute" convenience. A smiling mother. A happy child.

It's positioned as the easy, safe choice for busy parents.

But when you actually see what it's made of - maida, palm oil, thickeners, acidity regulators, artificial flavour enhancers
- it's hard to call this "food" in the way we understand food.

Now imagine if even a small fraction of those 6 billion meals were replaced with real, whole food.

Millions of people would be nourishing their bodies instead of relying on ultra-processed convenience.

We're not saying never eat it again.

We're saying - know what you're actually eating. And how often.

If you want to understand food at this level, and finally break free from processed convenience,

½ teaspoon kasuri methi
½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder

5. Add kasuri methi, roasted cumin powder, and rock salt. Stir continuously for 1–2 minutes until it curdles.

Our team left the office behind for a while and headed to Mandaragiri Hills, just outside Bengaluru ⛰️
Just our Satvic team, a trek, beautiful hills, a big lake, and a lot of curiosity about what the day would bring.
We hiked through the green hills, stopping now and then to look around and take in the views. The climb was a little challenging, but in the kind of way that makes you feel happy when you finally reach the top 🧗
And then we went down to the lake 🏝️
Before getting into the water, we noticed plastic around the lake’s edge. So, before enjoying the lake, we spent some time cleaning it and leaving the place a little better than we found it.
Then came the fun part. We went swimming in the lake, but this wasn’t like any swimming pool. There were plants growing inside the water, and swimming through them felt like a completely new experience 🏊
Some of us swam while some took the inflatable boat, and those who didn’t know how to swim found their own way to enjoy the water. 😂
And of course, we had our kind of picnic too: fresh dragon fruit, bananas, and jackfruit, shared between everyone.
What made the day special was seeing our team outside our usual work lives, helping each other, laughing together, swimming, sharing fruit, cleaning the lake, and simply enjoying being together.
Nobody really wanted the day to end 😌
We came back to HQ in the afternoon carrying many beautiful memories with us.
Just a little glimpse of life at Satvic outside of work. Because a healthy life isn’t only about what we do at our desks or what we eat. It’s also about moving, being in nature, caring for our surroundings, and spending time with good people.
Sometimes, a simple day together is all the reset you need. 💛

What you take for granted…
someone else is silently praying for..

We spend so much of our life looking at what’s missing..
that we stop seeing what’s already here.

Gratitude doesn’t mean life is perfect.
It just means we pause long enough
to notice the parts that already are.

And sometimes that pause
is what changes everything.

A big win for India’s children!

On 29th July 2026, Maharashtra, and on 1st August 2026, Karnataka restricted the sale and advertising of HFSS (high fat, sugar and salt) foods within 50 metres of schools.

This didn’t happen overnight.
It took policymakers, food safety authorities, educators and public health experts coming together to make it possible.

Thank you to Tukaram Mundhe, FDA Commissioner Maharashtra and Karnataka’s Health Minister U.T. Khader ji
and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make this happen.

For the last 8 years, we’ve had the privilege of taking the same message into schools across India.
Seeing this progress gives us immense hope.

We hope many more states take this step!

Share this with someone who loves eating street food!

Did you know that the oil your favourite samosa is being fried in is reused for days, sometimes weeks – because fresh oil costs money, and margins on a ₹20 plate are razor thin?

The same goes for maida, sugar and preservatives. They're not chosen because they are good for you. They're chosen because they're cheap, and they last.

Real, fresh, good ingredients almost always cost more – in money, time and effort. And that cost gets passed down somewhere.
Either your wallet or your body.

And yes, someone will say, "Moderation is the key" – and it is.
But when something's ordered 3-4 times a week, that's not moderation anymore. That's just become a habit.

The real shift doesn't happen by eating "a little less" junk.
It happens when real food becomes the easy, default choice.

That's exactly what we help you build inside our 21-Day Ultimate Health Challenge.

For 21 days, we guide you through 7 life-transforming habits – so eating well stops feeling like a fight and starts feeling natural.
